Overview of the building schedule

The following illustrations are shown in a chronological order. Some of the building work is done in parallel.

 


Topping out ceremony on the first day!
Erection of a house within one day

The building site is prepared and the crane is in position. Let's start. The first walls will be put in soon.

7:00
The exterior walls and the trapeze bay on the ground floor are already in place.

8:00
The ground floor is nearly finished. Our team is putting in the interior walls.

9:00
What a view: all ground floor walls are in place, so you can see into an opened house. The next step is the ceiling.

11:00
All components of the ground floor ceiling are laid. The WeberHaus team works its way upward. Now the top floor next.

13:00
On the top floor, the gable walls and flap tiles are put in place first, followed by the interior walls.

14:30
The interior walls are put in place. Now you can see how the top floor is divided up.

15:00 
The roof beams are laid, followed by the collar beam cover.

16:00 
The gables are in place. Now the big ridge beam follows.

16:30
The first roof components are laid and the roof completed. The components are already insulated and the batten for the roof tiles has been prepared.

17:00 
Only a few more components and the house is rainproof on the first day. Work on the interior can already start on the following day.

18:00 
Done! On the first day, the house is erected including windows, front door, shutters, staircase, chimney and, and, and. After only one day the homeowner receives the key for his new house.
