The top floor can be finished later, depending on the time available and the owner's budget and needs. This is the WeberHaus Twin principle. In the end, the house is ready for moving in, and the homeowner has helped build it.

The main attraction in finishing your home yourself, of course, is the big saving this brings, depending on the level of completion selected.
