The classic bungalow construction with only a ground floor has its benefits. Especially once we get older, it will be nice not to have to climb stairs any more.

This house is located just outside the park in the residential district next to the plant. The classical L-shaped bungalow features many interesting architectural details like a small spire.

Having just one level does not necessarily mean having less space. This house offers room for the whole family, while not being too large once the children move out.

The L-shaped design creates an enclosed terrace accessible from two rooms in the house and supports a clear separation between the living and sleeping area.
