WeberHaus is a member of Qualitätsgemeinschaft Deutscher Fertigbau (QDF). This association demands strict compulsory evaluations and awards the RAL quality mark. The association's standards exceed the legal minimum requirements in many respects. Regular random tests by independent inspectors ensure that members adhere to all requirements and self-imposed obligations and thus have the right to display the QDF mark.

WeberHaus products are subjected to regular independent testing according to the rigid "Toxproof" guidelines of TV Rhineland/Berlin-Brandenburg. These tests examine the materials used for construction and analyse the air in completed houses. The critical values stipulated for indoor air quality in these tests are far below the legally required thresholds. The "Toxproof" mark is the homeowner's proof that all materials used in the interior of his or her house were certified as highly suitable and that the indoor air quality is healthy.

Allergy sufferers require particularly high quality construction materials. To give them confidence that their homes will not have an adverse effect on their health, WeberHaus cooperates with the Institut für Umwelt und Gesundheit in Fulda. Together, we developed and built the "Allökh" house, Germany's first eco-house that is suitable for allergy sufferers. The Allökh mark guarantees that only proven non-allergenic materials were used in the construction of the house. On completion of an Allökh house, the interior air is comprehensively tested for possible harmful emissions.
