Customised design, off-site construction in ideal conditions at the WeberHaus plant and the use of modern building materials guarantee the high quality standards of WeberHaus.

The same applies to the interior finishing of our houses, for which we use only the best products from brand-name suppliers.

Another WeberHaus priority is continued product development and improvement in the area of ecology and energy management. WeberHaus collaborated closely with the Fraunhofer Institute on several projects on the development of new and groundbreaking concepts. A notable example is the passive house, which requires less than 15kWh of thermal energy per square metre and year.

This low energy requirement is met by solar energy, the body heat of residents and the heat generated by electrical appliances.
