Inside and outside, the generous use of glass adds a special touch to this architect-designed house. The corner glazing alone is worth a closer look. This architectural master stroke creates a whole new sense of space. The slender, long building (exterior dimensions: 13m x 8m) is also ideal for narrow lots. With its compact shape, staggered saddleback roof and minimalist design, this house will delight modern, trendy homeowners.
The design with its open-plan concept and integrated staircase dispenses with traditional traffic and ancillary areas. That makes for larger rooms and creates an overall generously spacious impression. On the ground floor, the house offers just under 127m² of living space, with an additional 70m² on the upper floor. Living downstairs and sleeping upstairs is the principle in this WeberHaus design. The design of the upper floor will amaze every visitor. Prominently placed in the centre, the bathroom is an island of wellness. An open hall between the two children's rooms and master bedroom offers an unimpeded view of the ground floor. It is an attractive variation of the gallery solution.
Technically, too, the new show house features convincing solutions. A modern ventilation heating system makes the house independent of fossil fuels such as oil and gas. Controlled ventilation systems provide a constant supply of fresh air to the rooms to create a pleasant climate. As an additional source of heating, the living room features a pellet oven that creates a cosy, romantic atmosphere on cold winter evenings.
