Architectural house made of wood
A narrow block is enthroned above the almost square ground floor and protrudes on both sides over the building. The resulting shelters serve as carports and covered terraces. Two sliding doors lead to the outside. The outside area is extended by a pergola with a lamella roof. Thanks to a balcony you can also enjoy the sun on the upper floor. While the ground floor is kept in white, the first floor has a grey tone. The modern single-family house is a freely planned architectural house. On the flat roof there is a photovoltaic system with 16 modules. Black is the dominant colour of the house interior: black kitchen cabinets, black window frames, the homeowners even opted black walls. The concrete staircase fits perfectly into the overall picture of the interior. The warm parquet flooring contrasts with the black highlights.
