Opening times

The World of Living is open from Tuesday to Sunday and on all public holidays, from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm

Last admission to the Universe of Time is at 5.00 pm.

Entrance fees

- Adults: 6 EUR
- Youths from 12 to 17 inclusive: 3 EUR
- Children 11 years old and under: Free entry
- People with restricted mobility: Free entry
- Pensioners: Free entry
- Family pass (2 adults + children up to 17 years old): 12.50 EUR

Please note: Your ticket can be used for multiple visits to the World of Living over a period of 6 months.

The World of Living can be easily reached via the A5 motorway:

If you are coming from the north, leave the motorway at exit 53, Achern in the direction of Rheinau.
If you are coming from the south, leave the motorway at exit 54, Appenweier in the direction of Kehl/Straßburg

Bringing your dog with you

Dogs are welcome at the World of Living However, it is currently not possible to take dogs into the Universe of Time.
Your dog must be kept on a lead throughout the premises. We will be happy to give you a dog waste bag at the entrance.

The World of Living is a perfect location for a group trip. For example, school classes visiting the Universe of Time will discover how people used to build and live at various times throughout history.
