Four-storey prefab home in traditional style, with basement cinema room, in Buckinghamshire
This large prefabricated home was one of our first ever projects in the UK. Constructed by our German house builders at the WeberHaus factory in Rheinau-Linx, this traditionally styled home was then assembled, piece by piece, by our construction experts at the site in Buckinghamshire. Because of WeberHaus’ superior expertise in prefab home building, we are able to erect all of our prefab homes in three days or less - reducing the time it takes for homeowners to receive the keys to their dream home.
Following close consultation with the client, our team designed a four-storey home that reflects a classic aesthetic by using white paint and materials such as brick and tile. A clean-cut home design is prevalent around the exterior, with walnut-coloured windows panes and a large front door adding to the conventional appearance of this property. A spacious back garden is accessible from the home through wide doors, leading onto a patio which the family can use for BBQs or sunbathing in the warmer summer months.
This 300m² prefab home is spread over four floors, with three floors above ground and another below. Downstairs, a cinema room is a place for the family to enjoy private entertainment with friends and guests. No matter the location, all WeberHaus flat pack homes incorporate our eco-friendly principles - and this house is no exception. Utilising exciting new technologies and green-standard building techniques, this home is environmentally friendly from the ground up.
From triple-glazed aluminium and timber windows to airtight door seals and breathable wall systems, innovative solutions make our bespoke homes impressively more energy efficient - our prefab homes consume less than a quarter of the levels that standard homes do. Industry-leading construction techniques combined with a passion for sustainability mean we’ve been able to create over 35,000 world-class prefabricated homes since 1960 - like this large home, situated in the peaceful tranquility of the Buckinghamshire countryside.
