Less is more
The architectural concept of this house attracts with a simple and clean shape from the outside but with an elegant and warm atmosphere inside.
A covered terrace, an L-shaped porch and the balcony with a full glass railing are the three external features of distinction.
The house has a light-flooded gross internal floor space of ca. 235 m², over two floors.
A large entrance hall welcomes you into the house. In the centre you will find the open plan kitchen, living and dining area.
A clever room divider with 2 large sliding walls around a built-in cabinet provide individual room scenarios to suit the family's need.
Furthermore you can find a bedroom, office, guest toilet and the plant room on the ground floor.
The eye catching feature of the ground floor, handmade by our joiner, is the solid oak staircase with a full glass railing and lots of practical storage space underneath.
The first floor is separated into the childrens' and the parent's rooms. On the left side you will find 2 bedrooms for the children including their own bathroom. The parent's section comprises a large master bedroom including walk in wardrobe and a stylish master ensuite. A huge landing area creates multi-use space for the family.
The design concept also has plenty to offer in terms of its sustainability credentials. The house was built with the WeberHaus passive house wall. Electricity is generated by 28 built-in PV elements, stored in large battery packs for use whenever needed. Furthermore, the house is fully operated with a home automatisation system.
